FAMSPA HONORS SUZANNE GRZANNA

Manhattan-New York City. Times Square Press, Elite Associates International and the Federation of American Musicians, Singers and Performing Artists (FAMSPA) announced this week in New York City that Saxophonist  and songwriter Suzanne Grzanna shall appear on the front cover of  Entertainment Greats From the 1800’s to the Present: Cinema, Music, Divas, Legends. The volume 6 of the series World Who’s Who in Jazz Cabaret Music and Entertainment. Diva of musical comedy Peggy Judy will grace the back cover of the volume.  Ms. Grzanna was chosen because of her enormous contributions to music. Carol Lexter, a senior editor at FAMSPA said: “Ms. Grzanna’s talent is evidenced by her songwriting, a voice out of this world and a magnificent stage presence.” Lexter added: "This new volume is a major undertaking...First, look at the title: "History of Entertainment Greats From the 1800’s to the Present: Cinema, Music, Divas, Legends" It is self-explanatory. The book contains 1,200 photos and retraces the chronological development of showbiz and music from the 1800s to the present." Germaine Poitiers, head of the editorial board of the Who's who said: "We are not influenced by PR campaigns, nor propaganda. Ms. Grzanna’s name was suggested to our board. We have reviewed Ms. Grzanna’s track record and we became fully convinced that she is the most suitable artist to crown the cover. “ In an interview given to New York Monthly Herald, Carol Lexter said: "We were looking for a talent who blends the glory and nostalgia of the past with contemporary and fresh breeze of today's genre...in other words, an artist who brings to the table, solid traditional musical heritage and innovative modern style. Suzanne Grzanna fits the bill. She is accomplished at so many levels; she is a composer, a singer, a writer, a producer and a pioneer. Besides, she is stunning! Yep! Looks help too. So, she is the one! Volume 6 shall be made available by September 10, 2007. It is published by FAMSPA, Elite Associates and TimesSquarePress.
